The Brothers project continues unabated in its quest to deliver
quality combinations of like-minded techno souls in search of
fresh and unpredictable music. This time Clouds and Papers are up
and at 'em, hitting heavy but not too hard on "Six Headed Laser
System" with a deliciously dense and gravelly beat propelling a
fractious rhythm and some early jungle synth flourishes.
"HC138" takes things on a less dancefloor tip with the wistful
cycle of washed of drum machines meeting with haunting synth
tones, before "HC122" heads further into experimental realms with
a dreamy, dubbed-out take on industrial techno.
