Since the release of their third (conceptual) album ôWear Wolves Wear Wolf
Wearö, spring 2009, the members of Tomαn have been busy with several other
projects including Senne GunsÆ first solo album, Lode Vlaeminck joining both
Raketkanon and Low Vertical and his brother Wouter recording and producing
albums by RenΘe, Kapitan Korsakov, Raketkanon, etcà
As a band they were up as well for a new move after the well received ôWWWWWö
album, so they started recording in autumn 2011 ôPostrockhits Volume IIö, an
album with few postrock left, at the GAM studios.
Musically new influences are heard from krautrock to contemporary electronic
music, call it krautronica, with the keyboard being more ôvisibleö on the
forefront resulting in filmic, cosmic music.
