Finally an ambient mix from the master himself. 'nuff
said. if you like the genre you gotta have this. enjoy.
"After waiting years for a window in the busy diary of
world-famous ambient guru, Mix Master Morris, so he
could do this mix for them, following his numerous
appearances at the Legendary Return to the Source
Parties they finally found one!
It consists of tracks that he uses in his most up to
date chill out sets, featuring an eclectic mix of such
artists as: Shpongle, Makyo, Leggobeast, L.S.Diezal,
Modaji, Goldfrapp and Harry Hosono. A relaxed listening
treat for ambient navel-gazers and twitching Party-goers
alike."
"Simply close your eyes' Yes we have lift off... This is
a chilled out collection that takes you far out to the
land of unheard tracks and unfamiliar melodies. In his
own words dance institution Morris says he is aiming to
'uncover diamonds twinkling in the cesspool of dance
music'. Brilliant! Morris is obviously and positively
expressing his creativity here, this is a sublime
selection of eclectic tunes. The Mix Master has DJ'd
n'chilled around the globe since the 1970's and this is
evident in his soothing programming which is diverse and
ever evolving from jazz to funk and trip hop. The tracks
include non-commercial gems from talented yet obscure
artists like Boozoo Bajou, L.S. Diezel and Modaji. If
you like Ninja Tune's and deeply chilled cuts then look
no further, this is quality, indeed if it's good enough
for Glastonbury and The Full Moon desert party then it's
good enough for me man - Yeah!"
