Intricate Records is ready to present the long-awaited sequel of the label's
signature compilations. The second issue of "Intricate Sessions" will be
released in summer 2014. In accordance with the last year's tradition, two
permanent residents and label co-founders, PROFF and Vadim Soloviev are
responsible for compiling and mixing of Volume Two. The main release will be
introduced by two samplers. The first sampler will be put together by Vadim
Soloviev. Three tracks from this sampler are already confirmed to appear on
Vadim's mix later on, these are "Make Me Believe" by Artego, "Shout!" by
Sebastian Weikum and "Point Of View" by V I F. The track with a screaming
title "Shout!" by Sebastian Weikum immediately catches the eye. This original
production depicts the vivid elements and signature sound on this Poland-based
musician: general liveliness and contagion of the vocal samples. Another hero
of the sampler is Artego - a musician, sound-producer and deejay from the city
of Yekaterinburg with over ten years scene experience, participant of the
project Dancekraft and former co-founder of the pop-band Fontano. His
versatile experience can be traced also on his production "Make Me Believe" -
it is quite easy-received, dancefloor-friendly and is heard in one breath.
Finally, the third participant of the sampler - Konstantin Astafiev from
Cherkassy, known on the scene under his creative alias V I F, expressed his
own opinion with the help of his track "Point Of View". Holding a degree in
sound engineering, he knows how to make music attractive for the listener.
That is why his work corresponds with the general concept of the entire
release very well: feel the beginning of a sunny and hot summer.
