  │ A run of classic shows from the group continues with this first night  ║
  │ at The Pier. Taken from an audience recording, the power of the group  ║
  │    is impeccable even if the sonics from this open air show leave      ║
  │                       something to be desired.                         ║
  │                                                                        ║
  │ Throughout this gig the band clearly own every inch of the stage and   ║
  │         that towering sense of confidence informs each track.          ║
  │                                                                        ║
  │ Though theyÆd been flying the previous evening in New Jersey, NYC was  ║
  │ treated to two nights of truly fiery performances where the group let  ║
  │                        go of any inhibitions.                          ║
  │ Indiscipline captures this perfectly: Bruford swings a wrecking-ball   ║
  │   of a solo, almost dislodging the pulse of the intro, whilst Fripp    ║
  │ takes furious swipes that would knock a heavyweight sideways. Whilst   ║
  │ their enthusiasm occasionally gets in the way, itÆs hard not to smile  ║
  │             as the audience join in with AdeÆs monologue.              ║
  │                                                                        ║
  │ Discipline messes with the space/time continuum, whilst Neil And Jack  ║
  │  And Me showcases the animation and effusiveness for which Belew is    ║
  │ rightly praised û his work throughout this gig is pretty astonishing   ║
  │                                stuff.                                  ║
