   Say what you want about the corruption factor of remixes, undubbed versions
   and the like, the concept of the DJ mash up phenomenon hits a new height on
   the 2008 double CD release of A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble - Vol 1 Cosmic
   Space Music from Amorphous Androgynous-a psychedelic cosmic rock group
   comprised of Gaz Cobain and Brian Dougans, aka the seminal electronic duo,
   Future Sound of London. A mammoth double CD, compiled and mixed by their
   latest project called The Amorphous Androgynous, the set features stellar
   cover art with tons of notes that, depending on your age, youÆll have to scan
   at least 300 dpi to read! That incredible artwork aside, the DJ here melds
   and merges vintage original tracks from heavyweights like Donovan, Miles
   Davis, German art-rockers Can, U.K. folk legends Pentangle, David Axelrod,
   Mahavishnu Orchestra, Tim Buckley, Hawkwind and other heavyweights with a ton
   of less well known yet equally effective bands and artists that no one knows
   like Mountain Machine, Ian Neal, Cobain and Dougansùwith each of the later
   represented by some brilliant original instrumental rock music. Instro freaks
   will also be in heaven with the original classic cover of ôI Am The Walrusö
   by Lord Sitar and then again thereÆs a cover of ôWichita Linemanö by Friends
   Of Dean Martinez. ThereÆs tons of amazing tracks here, over 40 with most that
   hit a groove that truly represents a merger of rock with the free jazz of
   people like Miles Davis and beyond. Blending vocal rock straight out of the
