   ███  █      rls  not  working  properly?  Surprise,  it   works      █  ███
   ███  █      properly when you have the Microsoft Server  Speech      █  ███
   ███  █      Platform  Runtime  Redists  installed   (they   are      █  ███
   ███  █      included in DOGE release, but not  run  by  default      █  ███
   ███  █      after installation). Legit users also  have  issues      █  ███
   ███  █      when Steam failed to install those  redists,  check      █  ███
   ███  █      Steam forum. So  after  *Locked  DLCs*,  *Publisher      █  ███
   ███  █      mistake*  we  also  add  *Redists  not  run   after      █  ███
   ███  █      installation* to  our  valid  proper  reason  list.      █  ███
   ███  █      CODEX may be surprised but some  users  have  these      █  ███
   ███  █      redists installed and DOGE release works  fine  for      █  ███
   ███  █      them. It's the same like propering for not  running      █  ███
   ███  █      DirectX or VC++ redists by default (not  all  users      █  ███
   ███  █      have them installed). So after analysing new proper      █  ███
   ███  █      standards we decided  that  PROPER  from  CODEX  is      █  ███
   ███  █      unacceptable. DOGE  release  is  2.41GB,  CODEX  is      █  ███
   ███  █      7.22GB with same files included, so  it's  3  times      █  ███
   ███  █      bigger and doesn't fit to  DVD5  anymore.  We  find      █  ███
   ███  █      unacceptable to proper DVD5  release  with  a  DVD9      █  ███
   ███  █      containing same files. Also  DVD9  must  be  packed      █  ███
   ███  █      into 100mb rars, CODEX rls is packed incorrectly in      █  ███
