              █      Analysis  Studies  can be used to help      █
              █      organize  output into more orderly and      █
              █      understandable   data   sets.  You can      █
              █      group   output   sets   from different      █
              █      analysis  types into separate analysis      █
              █      studies     and     operate    on them      █
              █      collectively.  You  can  also envelope      █
              █      analysis   studies  to  collect output      █
              █      maxima  and  minima across collections      █

              █      Free Body Section Cut                       █
              █      In  Femap  11.2, you can gain a faster      █
              █      understanding  of  load  paths through      █
              █      the  model  with  a  free body section      █
              █      cut,  which you can interactively move      █
              █      through the model along a                   █
              █      predetermined path. The section cut is      █
              █      defined  using  a  cutting plane where      █
              █      the  free body summation is calculated      █
              █      and displayed for all the contributing      █
              █      nodes and elements.                         █
              █                                                  █
              █      Geometry Modification                       █
              █      Femap   11.2  introduces  new geometry      █
              █      modification  tools  that allow you to      █
              █      edit  geometry entities interactively,      █
              █      including  closing  modeling gaps that      █
              █      typically  occur following a mid-plane      █
              █      extraction command. You can                 █
              █      interactively     correct    or repair      █
              █      problematic   or   incorrectly defined      █
              █      geometry  as  well. The Geometry Solid      █
              █      Slice  commands  available in previous      █
              █      versions     of     Femap    have been      █
              █      consolidated     to    provide simpler      █
              █      execution  and expanded functionality,      █
              █      and  you  can  now  slice solids using      █
              █      surface  or  curve geometry as cutting      █
