| | This is a very first russian jungle album, | |
| | written and produced by a fresh group from | |
| | saint-petersburg back in 1998. They called | |
| | themselves - gosti iz buduschego, which | |
| | means in english visitors from the future. | |
| | Nice sweet atmosphere of the album was | |
| | inspired by londons popular at that time | |
| | jazzy/coffee-table jungle, we talking about | |
| | the wonderful period of 1995 till 1996. | |
| | Sadly but true this cd never got the respect | |
| | he deserves for beeing the first russian | |
| | atmospheric album, plus a very good one, it | |
| | even had russian vocals. Yurij, one of the | |
| | group members admits that it was an | |
| | absolutely crazy idea - to release a jungle | |
| | album in russia which is atmospheric and | |
| | jazzy, in order to expose the cd to the | |
| | market we even tried to add the "dj groove | |
| | presents", who was a famous russian dj at | |
| | that time. Even that didnt helped, | |
| | nevertheless thanks to that writing the music | |
| | pirats of russia picked it and and sold that | |
| | album all over russia and by doing that | |
| | helped gosti iz buduschego to expose the | |
| | album to much larger audience. Some people | |
| | from abroad was very intrested in the album. | |
| | Even wanted to release it abroad but this | |
| | never happened. n-joy this rare release. | |
