Side A starts with Oscar Mulero's rework of Ian J. :::::::::
Richardson's (O/V) 'Kes'. Mulero (The King of Spain), :::::::::
delivers the goods with a powerful broken :::::::::
beat/tribal/atmospheric workout which also incorporates :::::::::
some of the elements of Function's 'Montage'. Sure to be a :::::::::
floor rocker this summer. Next up is Christian Wunsch's :::::::::
mix of Function 'Montage'. Equally as powerful as the :::::::::
Mulero mix, Wunsch turns Function's epic 'Montage' into a :::::::::
pumping metallic stormer that is on par with his recent :::::::::
work for Theory, 'Food For Gods' (Theory 21). :::::::::

Then on the B side, Slovakia's U-Club originators :::::::::
Olga+Jozef unleash a relentless broken beak remix of the :::::::::
Function classic, 'The Balance of Power' (INF-07). Only :::::::::
about 3:45 in length, this mix serves it's purpose as the :::::::::
perfect transitional tool to work a crowd into a frenzy. :::::::::
And to finish things off, the B-side inner cut features :::::::::
London's Rich Polson and Nick Dutton (aka The 65D :::::::::
Mavericks) of Surface and Blueprint Records.Their :::::::::
contribution to the Substance series comes in the form of :::::::::
an original track. The Murdoch Effect is dynamic fusion of :::::::::
hard electronics and dark atmospheres which Max Duley :::::::::
describes as sounding like Aliens meets The Predator. A :::::::::

One of our pre releases got leaked! But it was cause the ripper :::::::::
gave the rip to a friend a few days after he had uploaded to :::::::::

Well this is our third year around, and as always we will keep on :::::.
releasing good techno/electronic music to the scene. A lot has ::::::
happened under the three years in TechnoRulez. Some members have ::::::
come and some have passed on, but the fact that we have quality in ::::::
the releases has remained. Will also remain the same in the future. ::::::

We in TechnoRulez are in it for the fun! And we buy our own records ::::::
with hard earned cash! The artists we deal with are not rock stars. ::::::
They don't pretend to be 'the man'. They're not part of the ::::::
establishment or the multi-million dollar music business. So the ::::::
only way our scene can stay alive is through its undying support for ::::::
the artists and labels. *THIS* is the sole reason we release music. ::::::

So for fuck's sake, if you like what your hear, go to your local ::::::
record shop and purchase a copy of your own. It's your duty! Only ::::::
through this process we can all continue to enjoy techno music to ::::::
the fullest. As far as our releases go, if you can get hold of them, ::::::
be happy and treasure them. Don't start posting to public domains ::::::
or sources!! This will eventually result in a more restricted ::::::
distribution of our releases, possibly even only internal... ::::::
