Hunger and disorganisation is rife on the women's island, and while group decision
making has been the order of the day so far, the nets remain unchecked and the fire
has been left unattended, prompting Lauren and Beth to decide it is time to name a
leader. However, some members of the community are less than keen on the idea of
electing a boss especially one that might turn their survival experiment into an
impromptu dictatorship.

it out of order, so we get only the womens island this week.
