│ 'Begude Nord' neighborhood is located in Marseille, South France. │
│ In January 1995 teenagers Paul Scholes [ Guitars ] and Cody [ Bass / │
│ Vocals ] gave birth to Brutal Begude, in reference to their hometown │
│ and the violent music they'll create... │
│ Full line-up is ready and start writing thrash / death anthems for │
│ the 'In the Name of Begude' demo in 1996 [ which was never released │
│ due to intern troubles, leading to the band split in 1997 ] │
│ After a long hiatus, Scholes and Luca Toni [ Vocals ] are back in │
│ November of 2003 with enough force and hate to work on several songs │
│ for the band first opus, 'Radikal Musik'. │
│ Only composed, written and performed by the mighty duet, the album, │
│ metal oriented, is released in February 2005 by HWR [ Hitler was │
│ Right ] productions. │
│ Still motivated and dedicated, the second album, more metal oriented │
│ [ and even more violent with a strong death metal feeling... ], is │
│ released in May 2006, still through HWR. │
│ 2 shows are performed in France in July and September 2007, with │
│ live session members Manes [ Bass ] and Svart [ Drums ], but new │
│ troubles and various reasons will put BB on hold again... │
│ But in 2013, and the opportunity to do some intense touring │
│ worldwide, Scholes and Toni are back with a full line-up, including │
│ Maximilian Veers [ Bass ] and Charles Martel [ Drums ]. │
│ Several massive shows through France and Europe [ Portugal, Italy, │
│ UK... ] are booked and performed and many plans are in the works ! │
│ Between shows, the band inked a deal with US label Freivolk and is │
│ currently writing their 3rd offering... │
│ │
│ I was going to pre the other Brutal Begude too, but both available │
│ CD's are on this pressing, eliminating the need to do so. Enjoy some │
│ killer tunes. (Limited to 500) And no, 'Radikal Edition' isn't part │
│ of the official album title... │
