│ FUCKSHITGODAMMIT. I was ripping Glorious/Rosebud when kW pred │
│ it. I should have ripped it yesterday. Anyway, here's this: │
│ │
│ This is the first all exclusive Ubiquity Single from the super │
│ hot US production trio responsible for material by the likes of │
│ Heavy D, Pharoahe Monche, Bilal, Dr. Dre, Jill Scott, Jurassic │
│ 5, Erykah Badu, Common, and many more. Pronounced "Sah-Rah", │
│ Om'Mas Keith, Taz Arnold, and Shafiq Husayn comprise the │
│ partnership and their name translates to "the off-spring of the │
│ most powerful energy in the universe". These are children of the │
│ cosmos, ready to blast you with their magical mystical soul. │
│ │
│ "SA-RA is my shit right now! That's all I'm listening to." │
│ KANYE WEST │
│ │
│ "I'm a big fan of SA-RA... you got yourself a monster!" │
│ RHETTMATIC (BEAT JUNKIES) │
│ │
│ "These guys will make it or I'll run naked down Venice Beach" │
│ DAZ-I-KUE (BUGZ IN THE ATTIC) │
│ │
│ "Double Dutch" is a mid-tempo banger with male, female and │
│ vocoder'd vox, combined with Neptunes style crunchy beats that │
│ blur the lines between hip-hop, soul and dance music. "Death of │
│ A Star" sees the trio drop into 80s territory, features another │
│ vocal and a hook you'll be humming for days. Both sides end │
│ with a bonus mad instrumental track for the DJs and heads... │
│ │
│ Ubiquity will release SA-RA Creative Partners tracks on Volume 4 │
│ of the Rewind series, a SA-RA Creative Partners 12" or two, and │
│ a completely new album is due to drop in Spring 2005. │
│ │
│ │
│ btw, this stuff is way over-hyped. I'm not buying anything else │
│ from sa-ra until they put raps over their beats. │
