| After a longer absence -partly due to his re-location to Berlin- |
| the lone crusader for creativity and timelessness in dancemusic |
| Daniel Wang revives his super collectable cult imprint Balihu and |
| unearthes a new ruff diamond at the same time: This is the first |
| release by Ilya Santana from Canary Island who patched this |
| wonderful 4 tracker together by using just two pieces of free |
| downloadable software proving that an ear for new melodies and |
| memorable basslines is way superior to truckloads of rare analogue |
| synth equipment. "Walking On A Crystal Sea" gives a perfect |
| example with it's unforgettable 80's bassline theme topped by |
| sweet exotic synth melodies gently washing all over your body like |
| waves. The delicate arrangement and the beautiful chord |
| progressions of "Magic" are just that and the stripped down and |
| dubbed out electronic boogie "Wicked Sequence" is another stunner. |
