Two live recordings, two contrabass duos. They document an
enormous joy of communication an musicianship of the bassists.
As early as the 1970s, Peter Kowald playes with the New York
bassist William Parker. In thise days, they were amoung the
first musicians to bring "black" American and Europian Free
Jazz together. In playing with Peter Jacquemyn, Peter Kowald
collaborates with the very generation for whom he himself had
been such a determining influence.
