After the highly deserved success of their current album ''Invisible
Front.2005'', it was just a question of time, to see the re-release
of Kirlian Camera's long deleted and much demanded backcatalogue.
This is the re-release of one of their most legendary and best
albums ''Pictures From Eternity''. Originally on Discordia in 1996,
it now comes with 3 EXCLUSIVE bonus tracks ! ''Pictures'' followed
the very "difficult" conceptual album ''Solaris'', and marked the
return of Kirlian Camera to their earlier, darker, romantic and
melodic days. It's a definite RETRO album and includes some of the
most beautiful tracks, Angelo Bergamini has written in 20 years. The
opening track ''Ascension'' has become a CLASSIC, but also the
highly infective single ''Your Face in the Sun'', the original
version of ''I am the Light'', the remake of a very early KC track
from 1981 ( ''Meine Nachte Sind Heiser Zerschrien'' ) and the
amazing Kraftwerk inspired track ''Haalh'' (a sort of revisited and
re-imagined version of Kraftwerk's ''Metropolis'' ) are real jewels
in the KC discography - as well as the orchestral ''Wasted Bridges''
or the neo-folkish ''The End of Days''.
Kirlian Camera today are without a doubt one of the most important
acts in the electro scene and this work marked without a doubt one
of the peak moments of their career and is regarded as their most
"accessible", and most "darkwave" kind of album. This new version
comes with full colour 8-pages booklet and runs more than 72 minutes
- not only containing 3 BONUS tracks, but also the ''Kuolema'' remix
of ''Ascension'' from the original edition has been replaced by a
much better sounding version !
Enjoy this nice release !!

MORAL DiSCLAiMER: We are very aware of the fact that our releases
contribute to the growing sale losses of record companies.
Unfortunately our style primarily targets small, independant labels
that need sales to survive.
For these reasons we ask you not to distribute this release on public
sites or P2P tools; if more and more receive their music from the net,
artists and labels will have to face even less sells than nowadays.
Please do not consider this release as a substitute to the original, but
only as a way to check out and learn about new music.
We absolutely do not approve of DJs or other individuals that earn
money from pirated music - Don't let them get their hands on it!
By buying the albums you like you disperse the guilt we feel by
releasing this music - Enjoy the music and be fair with the artists!
YOUR support is required to keep them financially alive and producing!
