| Here we are, back in the 70's, with rare masterpieces offered by |
| Herbie Hancock recorded @ Newport in 1976. The first part is |
| played by what is called the V.S.O.P. Quintet wich was originally |
| formed by Herbie Hancock, Freddie Hubbard, Tony Williams, Wayne |
| Shorter and Ron Carter. The second CD deals with 2 more elaborated |
| formations, sextet & septet, who could have been listened also on |
| the electronics adventures on Headhunters lps, esp. with the |
| presence of Bennie Maupin, Eddie Henderson, Paul Jackson and Wah |
| Wah Watson (check his solo on "Hang up your Hang ups"). |
| So i think this album will give you a lot of feelings with its so |
| many differents jazzy atmospheres offered by : |
