Nitzer Ebb (pronounced "night-zer ebb") was formed in 1982 by Essex
schoolfriends Douglas McCarthy (vocals), David Gooday and Bon Harris
on drums. The trio began with shows in small local venues, but their
arresting stage presence, military image and energy garnered a
growing base of followers and soon led to appearances in larger
clubs and concert venues. They released their debut single "Isn't It
Funny How Your Body Works" in 1985 and their music soon becamse a
fixture on the club scene. In May of 1987 they released their debut
album, That Total Age, which spawned a hit with the pounding bass
rhythms and barking vocals of "Join In the Chant" The second album,
Belief was released in 1989. The band was now down to two members.
Three more albums, Showtime in 1990, Ebbhead in 1991, and Big Hit in
1995 were also international successes.
Enjoy some old school EBM... Warsaw Ghetto is a great powerful track
for fans of Nitzer Ebb and EBM in general.

MORAL DiSCLAiMER: We are very aware of the fact that our releases
contribute to the growing sale losses of record companies.
Unfortunately our style primarily targets small, independant labels
that need sales to survive.
For these reasons we ask you not to distribute this release on public
sites or P2P tools; if more and more receive their music from the net,
artists and labels will have to face even less sells than nowadays.
Please do not consider this release as a substitute to the original, but
only as a way to check out and learn about new music.
We absolutely do not approve of DJs or other individuals that earn
money from pirated music - Don't let them get their hands on it!
By buying the albums you like you disperse the guilt we feel by
releasing this music - Enjoy the music and be fair with the artists!
YOUR support is required to keep them financially alive and producing!
