│ Pig Ir÷n, who have been described as "Biker Metal Extraordinaire", │
│ "crushingly heavy" and "Bloody Brilliant" by every major magazine │
│ around Europe, are back with some 'killer riffage' in the form of a │
│ new EP & new album, both of which are totally laced with their │
│ traditional bad-ass biker image. Pig Ir÷n, who have been gigging and │
│ recording since 2001, are no strangers to big audiences, which was │
│ rightly demonstrated when they performed in front of 10,000 Hells │
│ Angels back in 2011. Their 5th studio opus, the aptly named "Sermons │
│ From The Church of Blues Restitution", will be released worldwide │
│ via OYR on the 2nd March 2015, and will be preceded by a high value │
│ 4 track EP on the 12th January which will feature two tracks from │
│ the forthcoming album, plus two exclusive live tracks recorded on │
│ the Jaegermeister Stage at last year's Donington. Jonni Davis CEO │
│ OYR commented, "Listening to this album brought home some old school │
│ values that have been modernised into a quality 2015 production. If │
│ ever there was a sound track for the new Sons of Anarchy prequel │
│ which should be getting filmed shortly, then this would be it, we'll │
│ certainly be dropping Kurt Sutter a copy the minute it's pressedà" │
│ With a sound that Classic Rock described as, "Big Rockàas well as │
│ big balls of steelà. It's no surprise the band look every inch the │
│ scary-ass cowboys they sound like." The band are scheduled to │
│ showcase the album to an intimate London crowd late February as well │
│ as slot into a few festivals before touring Europe to promote the │
│ Sermons Release. │
