     multi-volume series that attempts to chronicle the development of new age
     and contemporary instrumental music in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. "New Visions:
     The New Acoustics" is the second entry in the series, containing 16 sides
     from such contemporary instrumental guitarists as Strunz & Farah, Ottmar
     Liebert, Trapezoid, John Doan, Paul Winter Consort, John Nilsen, Jim
