NBC compressed this episode due to the debate running over-time, we included the debate part as proof of that.
This recording started at 1454374740 unixtime, the show didn't start airing until 2m21s after that.
It's not fair to punish a group for what is clearly time-compression (which is also present on all ABC encodes as well as most NBC encodes)
