smoke city are mark brown, chris franck, nina miranda, and toni
economides.
it's been about 4 years since their debut, but they have been
involved in many other projects in between. toni economides has
been sound engineer for many artists including ig culture, da
lata, and is kv5 alongside mark brown, who runs the humble record
label (which released the 12" 'jug'). nina has collaborated with
many artists including nitin sawhney, nick van gelder (deep funk
records), bebel gilberto, robert miles, amongst others. chris
franck has been busy with da lata, alongside patrick forge.
as for this album, i'm glad they finally found time to record it -
it's an excellent album, and i just love nina miranda's voice :)
