years. This explosion's fall-out has been felt in clubs and on the
streets all over America and internationally in London, Paris, Tokyo

This album has been specially compiled for NYC by Bobby Robinson and
Disc O'Dell of Y Records. Bobby is THE man of Enjoy Records who
discovered Grandmaster Flash, Funky Four, Treacherous Three,
Fearless Four and, going back in time, Sylvia Van Der Pool (now
Sylvia Robinson, co-owner of Sugarhill) and Frankie Lymon. All of
these cuts have been distilled from US twelve inch releases and
that's why you have two 12" records containing 51 minutes of
enjoyment.
