RIP RNS ......you are greatly missed. It's quite hard to believe that its
been nearly 32 years since this album originally retailed.
This title (only 1 better than it--self-titled aka Black Album) is the best
solid hard-rock metal-ish material to date. Just....IMO.
Metallica's sophomore album Ride The Lightning available as a Deluxe Boxset
including 4LPs/6CDs/1-DVD w/book, mini book with handwritten lyrics, and
poster set (3 posters from European tour in 1984). Incredibly ambitious for
a one-year-later sophomore effort, Ride the Lightning finds Metallica
aggressively expanding their compositional technique and range of
expression.
