██▓▓ In 1986, respected indie label, Sweatbox, ██▓▓
██▓▓ brought Doug Hart (a singer and a Sweatbox ██▓▓
██▓▓ artist) into contact with Paul Freegard ██▓▓
██▓▓ (former grave digger and official ██▓▓
██▓▓ samplist/guitarist for the band Perennial ██▓▓
██▓▓ Divide, featuring a pre-Meat Beat Manifesto ██▓▓
██▓▓ Jack Dangers, no less). Circumstances, ██▓▓
██▓▓ however, conspired to push the pair in ██▓▓
██▓▓ different directions in the years that ██▓▓
██▓▓ followed, during which time Paul formed ██▓▓
██▓▓ progressive house kings Supereal - signed to ██▓▓
██▓▓ the now sadly defunct Guerilla label - and ██▓▓
██▓▓ scored a huge club hit with æBody MedusaÆ in ██▓▓
██▓▓ 1993. ██▓▓
██▓▓ ██▓▓
██▓▓ Doug, meanwhile, put together TLM ██▓▓
██▓▓ (Transcendental Love Machine) in 1992 and ██▓▓
██▓▓ ægave birthÆ to the Hydrogen Dukebox label ██▓▓
██▓▓ later the same year. Almost a decade after ██▓▓
██▓▓ their first meeting, Paul and Doug finally ██▓▓
██▓▓ worked together for a one-off mix of the TLM ██▓▓
██▓▓ track Electrastar, the subsequent success of ██▓▓
██▓▓ which inspired the two to write a track for ██▓▓
██▓▓ HDÆs Shake The Bones compilation. The result ██▓▓
██▓▓ - the delicious Funky Paradise - became the ██▓▓
██▓▓ blueprint for ChamberÆs debut album, Thrust. ██▓▓
██▓▓ ██▓▓
██▓▓ The duo released the Big and Bouncyin early ██▓▓
██▓▓ 2000, and are begining to write a follow up ██▓▓
██▓▓ album that is planned for 2001, the two are ██▓▓
██▓▓ currently busy on other projects; Paul is ██▓▓
██▓▓ busy working with stadium regulars Depeche ██▓▓
██▓▓ Mode in the studio, while Doug steers ██▓▓
██▓▓ Hydrogen Dukebox into the new millennium ██▓▓
██▓▓ with a string of fresh releases and rapidly ██▓▓
██▓▓ expanding overseas activities as the rest of ██▓▓
██▓▓ the world latches on to the unique HD sound. ██▓▓
██▓▓ In the interim, the excellently received ██▓▓
██▓▓ Thrust continues to pick up props across the ██▓▓
██▓▓ board, sustaining a healthy profile for ██▓▓
██▓▓ Chamber as anticipation builds for their ██▓▓
██▓▓ next release. ██▓▓
██▓▓ ██▓▓
██▓▓ Chamber have just mixed Depeche Mode (I Feel ██▓▓
██▓▓ Loved CD2 and 12") and are now working on ██▓▓
██▓▓ new material for 2002. The initial tracks ██▓▓
██▓▓ are taking a quirky house shape with tracks ██▓▓
██▓▓ like Donna Summer, Funk Disco, Who da fuck ██▓▓
██▓▓ is Clinton, Arse of Glitter.. etc etc..Look ██▓▓
