█▒║ music delivered in a smooth mix by the dealers themselves- Jakob ║▒█
█▒║ Lusensky and Andreas Agdestein. This music mix also includes four ║▒█
█▒║ exclusive tracks by Plej, Cloud, and Slug, only available on this ║▒█
█▒║ CD, released first in Japan before anywhere else in the world. ║▒█
█▒║ The concept of the Nordic Lounge series is to provide a true ║▒█
█▒║ reflection of the music climate of Scandinavia today. So what ║▒█
█▒║ characterizes this scene? ║▒█
█▒║ ôIn the last two years the jazz and the club scene have slowly ║▒█
█▒║ started to collaborate more and more. The club people want the ║▒█
█▒║ organic jazz sound of ôreal instrumentsö and the jazz cats want to ║▒█
█▒║ get the energy and rythm from the club sound. Also a lot of ║▒█
█▒║ producers work more with vocalist nowadays, making music more ║▒█
█▒║ connected to pop than club music,ö explains Jakob Lusensky, one of ║▒█

█▒║ The compilation starts off with Swedish artist HirdÆs younger ║▒█
█▒║ brother, Cloud, with the track Winternights. This track works almost ║▒█
█▒║ like a catalyst and leading star for the rest of the compilation, ║▒█
█▒║ introducing the listener to the mood and feeling of what is to come. ║▒█
█▒║ Organic sounds, winter feeling, moody and atmospheric, and featuring ║▒█
█▒║ the new and amazingly talented vocalist, Yoanna. ║▒█
█▒║ From this dynamic beginning, the act Plej continues along the path ║▒█
█▒║ that Cloud embarked on. With Ernesto providing vocals, this piece ║▒█
█▒║ truly defines the essence of Nordic Lounge. The compilation ║▒█
█▒║ accelerates with a track from Dalminjo, moving into a more jazzy ║▒█
█▒║ uptempo section with acts like Danish group Context and Finnish jazz ║▒█
█▒║ group Five Corners Quintet. In the same spirit, Hird continues in ║▒█
█▒║ collaboration with vocalist Yukimi Nagano, producing a track now ║▒█
