▓████▓▌ In A Cave is the first French Toast full-length ▓▌
▓████▓▌ release. Written over two years in the band's ▓▌
▓████▓▌ basement studio (The Cave), these 12 songs find the ▓▌
▓████▓▌ band exploring new terrain, instrumentally and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ conceptually, while holding on to the initial ▓▌
▓████▓▌ propulsion that launched them. Live and on this ▓▌
▓████▓▌ recording James and Jerry often trade off ▓▌
▓████▓▌ instruments and roles. On one track you will find ▓▌
▓████▓▌ Jerry on bass and vocals, while James rediscovers ▓▌
▓████▓▌ the drums, flip to the next track and you'll find a ▓▌
▓████▓▌ Busher-programmed electronic beat handling the ▓▌
▓████▓▌ rhythm, while the duo trades off vocals, keys, and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ random noise. In a Cave is a sonic journey, ▓▌
▓████▓▌ solidified at Key Club Recording Studios by Bill ▓▌
▓████▓▌ Skibbe and Jessica Ruffins in July 2004. Hoping to ▓▌
▓████▓▌ fully represent the culture of creativity that ▓▌
▓████▓▌ surrounds them, the band chose paintings and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ drawings by Jerry and his niece for the record art, ▓▌
▓████▓▌ and a photo taken in "the cave" by a good friend ▓▌
▓████▓▌ for the back cover. The artwork was layed out by ▓▌
▓████▓▌ another buddy, Nick at Planaria Design. ▓▌

▓████▓▌ Jerry Busher and James Canty have been friends for ▓▌
▓████▓▌ almost twenty years, and musical collaborators for ▓▌
