:: Release Notes:
::
::
:: The debut album from industrial project THE 3RD is like a
:: marriage of Massive Attack, NIN and The Doors, with some
:: noise thrown in for good measure.
::
:: The first full length album from "the 3rd". This was brought
:: on by Jonathan recording an album (with a full band "twerp")
:: and half the time the others not showing up and Jonathan
:: sitting in the studio meddling around with sequencers like
:: the Yamaha Motif. After a while Jonathan got impatient and
:: started "the 3rd" so he would not have to rely on humans.
::
:: So there you go... The first industrial album from "the 3rd".
:: A bit more agitated than the second album ("sounds and
:: silence") "thermo" brings out the darker twisted side with
:: "Away" and "Lik". Then it calms you down with songs like "Da
:: Da Dik" and a cover of "Comfortably Numb".
