| roots in electro-clash and gloomier industrial-pop crossing |
| between bedsit and dancefloor dimensions. |

| The production is predictably slick, yet perfused with |
| geist-in-the-machine noise the creeps up like a head cold in the |
| syrupy kosmiche of opener Metal Box to cast a miasmic feel across |
| the whole thing, from SashaÆs first appearance in Consequences of |
| Love thru her breathy presence in Arise and the pharmaceutical |
| tang of You Disco I Freak, whilst elsewhere he touches on Ghost |
| Box-worthy analogue nostalgia, and tweaky chuggers that recall |
| moments of Trevor JacksonÆs Format LP. |
