█▒║ One of the funkiest compilations we've heard in a long long time -- ║▒█
█▒║ a stunning set of rare 45s, all pulled together by Tobias Kirmayer ║▒█
█▒║ of Tramp Records fame! The groove here is totally in the pocket -- a ║▒█
█▒║ blistering blend of hard drums, rough guitars, and blasting horns! ║▒█
█▒║ ║▒█
█▒║ Tobias Kirmayer began collecting records in the early æ90s. ║▒█
█▒║ Influenced by his brotherÆs excellent musical tastes, he too, ║▒█
█▒║ quickly became a vinyl junky. At first only interested in funk and ║▒█
█▒║ Hip Hop, TobiasÆ musical interests developed over the years, adding ║▒█
█▒║ Afro, Latin/Brasilian and funky breaks and beats to his pallet. In ║▒█
█▒║ 2000, he became a professional DJ. In mid-2003, Kirmayer founded his ║▒█
█▒║ Tramp Records label, which has since released two 7ö singles. At the ║▒█
█▒║ same time, he began his own monthly club night in Munich called Soul ║▒█
█▒║ Popcorn. Kirmayer is currently working on a new record label to ║▒█
█▒║ focus on re-issuing rare and obscure funk 45s from the late 1960s/ ║▒█
