     Kane Ikin rounds off his busiest year on record with a well
     rounded approximation of shoegazing techno called Sensory Memory,
     sounding out somewhere between the slow, heaving styles of
     Alessandro Cortini and Pye Corner Audio, with maybe a hint of
     HTRKÆs narcotic sexiness for good measure.

     Sensory Memory marks the second installment on Echovolt's new
     series of mini-albums that has opened them up to more experimental
     fare. The first tone of those series was set by 'Messages From A
     Better Destiny' from the up-start Greek outfit Templeyard Studios.
