Since many years there are cooperative moments between the both
projects heimstatt and yipotash. Some remixes, sample exchanges,
used song structures were result of this symbiosis. Then, in march
2001, the first live gig was performed together. Meanwhile, three
gigs later, exists some particular extremely modified versions of
heimstatt and yipotash songs.
It was a little step to re-arrange and mixed up these tracks to
release the first album of heimstatt yipotash. This limited debut
was sold out in short time, so they re-released this disc. This
edition is unlimited and got any little changes. It got a more basic
design than the first edition, and a minimal changed tracklist. The
track 'systemfehler' was replaced by 'stote', and 'niemand hat
uberlebt' was recorded in another (shorter) version. All tracks were
recorded live at chemnitz and leipzig (germany) and remastered at
rhombic aas.

MORAL DiSCLAiMER: We are very aware of the fact that our releases
contribute to the growing sale losses of record companies.
Unfortunately our style primarily targets small, independant labels
that need sales to survive.
For these reasons we ask you not to distribute this release on public
sites or P2P tools; if more and more receive their music from the net,
artists and labels will have to face even less sells than nowadays.
Please do not consider this release as a substitute to the original, but
only as a way to check out and learn about new music.
We absolutely do not approve of DJs or other individuals that earn
money from pirated music - Don't let them get their hands on it!
By buying the albums you like you disperse the guilt we feel by
releasing this music - Enjoy the music and be fair with the artists!
YOUR support is required to keep them financially alive and producing!
