Even better than his 12" this album of downtempo
and instrumental hip hop sits proudly alongside
records from AIM, DJ SHADOW, RJD2 and the like.
Smooth and atmospheric headz music full of creativity
and energy. Never sleepy. ThereÆs even an electro
cut thrown in the mix as well. But the title track
is especially good, up there with RJD2Æs
"HEREÆS WHATS LEFT" IMHO. Excellent reviews from
the UK with almost the entire TRU THOUGHTS roster
rating it highly. FYI: Does not include the track
"RISE" from the 12" (if you want that track you
have to pick up the 12"). Recently 2TALL has gone
from DJing to working on the film score on the
forthcoming Brit movie "Bullet Boy" alongside
MASSIVE ATTACK.
