. . ..:: TECHNOCLUB RELEASER NOTES ::.. . .
Whizz Release 050:
Well, here we are.. the big 50, and something very special.
What we have here is a very rare management promo album, used
to promote the career of BT.
It features five score pieces and the track Believer from the
film Go!, which he did the score for, and also a remix of
Madonna's Drowned World, taken from her Ray Of Light album.
Other tracks are taken from IMA(Blue Skies), ESCM(Flaming June),
and MISL(Godspeed). To top it all off there is an unreleased track,
a collaboration with Sasha, called The Warrior Song, a beautiful
downtempo, ambient tune, taken from the forthcoming album ReVerb.
Whizzard.
[-Retrospective-]
16/07/00 - The Day I entered the MP3 Scene as an unknown and made my first release
13/12/00 - 50 Releases for TCLUB. Time for changes. Time for progression. Time for evolution.
You may or may not know me, you may like me or hate me, and either download or dont download my
releases. The fact of the matter is, you're with me, or against me. I dont have a problem either
way. There are too many egos, so much politics and red tape and so much crap in this scene at times.
To me.. its just about releasing the music to the masses, even if only one or two people like my
release I'm happy. I dont feel the need to promote it. If people want it they will download it. I get
bored of the stuck record promotion, 'download xyz.. cos its made by Fisher Price and ripped by me and
I rock..', do you fuck.. Get a life. I'm sick and tired of everyone who thinks they know stereo. If you
are such audio experts, get a fucking job with Cubase or something. And i'm sick of the lame dupes, just
for lame reasons such as they dont like a group's audio quality, or it has an extra radio edit. How sad!
All for the quest to be the best. I'd rather be Number 10, Number 50 or anything, just as long as one
person likes my release. I guess some people really do need to get out a bit more. After all.. you dont
get paid for taking this shit so seriously. And on that note.. lets get back to the programme..
