     Combining Latency's dub techno goes more percussive output, Burn
     Friedman's Latency debut sounds like what we imagine a Cut Hands
     remixing Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe 12" played at half the speed in
     Hard Wax may sound like. Slow motion, slowly unravelling dub
     techno with his signature transportation licks firmly in place.
