Backup Made Simple is designed to work well with both low and high
capacity media, if you require file compression on most backups,
and if you are satisfied with having to restore files from the
backup media back to your hard disk before you can access them. Its
essential feature is that by default it uses a proprietary file
format that compresses files, and splits them across multiple discs
if necessary. It is also more convenient to use with smaller
capacity media like floppy diskettes.
