     The change-ringing minimalism of Severiano's debut is best
     enjoyed loud in the early morning. Music for the empty dance
     floors of closing clubs.

     The album is divided into two distinct sections. In "Clocks":
     skips, synths and bell-tones move in subtley changing rhythms
     and melodies, maintaining a rapid and constant pulse. Psanda's
     stretches out into phase patterns, bringing lush organ swells
     to the forefront.

     Severiano Martinez is from Canton, OH. He has authored two
     books: the novel "Phrenology" and a collection of poetry,
     "Soaked Lov". He is working to complete his film, "Dead Man",
     based on the novella by Georges Bataille.
