A tribute consisting of previously released Depeche Mode tribute
songs. However, it holds a few interesting interpretations of some
classics.Pouppee Fabrikk's version of "Photographic" is perhaps more
fun than good, but wins on the fact that it's significantly harder
than the original. Statemachine's "Stripped" is another example of a
cover that doesn't fall flat, as well as the S.P.O.C.K rework of
"Ice Machine" and EnCounter's uptempo "The Love Thieves" version.
Dark Distant Spaces don't make fools of themselves but their cover
of "A Question of Lust" is too close to the original. That's the
case in several of the songs here.A few German contributions can be
found on "The Best of Loves", but the Swedish bands dominate this
compilation. It would have been nice with a more geographically
varied line-up.
PS: You might have noticed the new notation to include labels in
dirnames such as Artist-Title-.Label.-Year-Group that allows to
identify reliably a label in a dirname.
Ask someone from the group for more details about that notation.
Personal greetz to : BCC , BFHMP3 , CMG , DPS , FWYH , HiT2000 ,
radial , SEVER , TFP , ViC and all those i may missed.

MORAL DiSCLAiMER: We are very aware of the fact that our releases
contribute to the growing sale losses of record companies.
Unfortunately our style primarily targets small, independant labels
that need sales to survive.
For these reasons we ask you not to distribute this release on public
sites or P2P tools; if more and more receive their music from the net,
artists and labels will have to face even less sells than nowadays.
Please do not consider this release as a substitute to the original, but
only as a way to check out and learn about new music.
We absolutely do not approve of DJs or other individuals that earn
money from pirated music - Don't let them get their hands on it!
By buying the albums you like you disperse the guilt we feel by
releasing this music - Enjoy the music and be fair with the artists!
YOUR support is required to keep them financially alive and producing!
