They occasionally mix old content (upscaled/4:3) between the new stuff,
which we obviously are not going to release now. (maybe in the future)
The highest offered resolutions (beside the 4k on newer stuff) are 1080p WMV and 720p MP4.
We decided to go for the 720p MP4 (fuck the rules) for 2 reasons:
less blocking and same/better quality with 2/3 of the wmv size.
