Hailing from West Chester, Pa, CKY (Camp Kill Yourself)
consists of Deron Miller (vocals/guitar), Jess Margera
(drums), Chad Ginsburg (guitar), and Vern Zaborowski (bass).
CKY created a huge buzz in a hilarious skate/prank video
called Landspeed, for which they provided the soundtrack --
not to mention some sidesplitting skits. Constant touring on
the Warped Tour and exposure on MTV's hit series Jackass
also added to the bands popularity and fan base.

The music is difficult to categorize, but can best be
illustrated as a mix of alternative rock/pop and hardcore
industrial metal all wrapped up in one sick package. The
fusion of these genres breaks through with a refreshingly
complex style that is both original and completely
addictive.
Deron Miller writes some of the coolest (and hardest to
play) songs I have ever heard, while maintaining a form that
is easy to enjoy from the listeners' perspective. From the
heavy, fuzzed-up guitars and huge pounding drums on the
song, "Rio Bravo," to the experimental Middle Eastern feel
of, "Lost in a Contraption," this album is simply fantastic
from beginning to end.
There are plenty of twisted, dark lyrics that provide the
roadwork for a journey into the sick minds of the CKY crew.
Highlights of the album include the hard driving "Knee
Deep," the melodic yet thunderous "Sara's Mask," and the
captivating rhythmic riffs in, "96 Quite Bitter Beings."
