     DA VINCI and their third effort "Ambition Rocks", which ends a
     way over two decades long hiatus can easily catch up with
     their early sound - making this record a melodic explosion.
     Already the two first tracks "Vicious Circle" and "I've Come
     All The Way" are pretty close to perfect AOR. Even the ballad
     "You're Mine" falls into the same category. Another highlight
     is the mighty "Sole Survivor" with its brillant chorus. New
     singer Erling Ellingsen, a rookie, absolutely delivers and
     this with his first ever studio recording (!). Good to have DA
     VINCI back - Norwegian heroes STAGE DOLLS or RETURN have again
     another serious competitor.
