|          Spastic guitar heaves over with droning organs and feverish         |
|          screaming, in a recipe for throbbing fall-through-the-dancefloor    |
|          arty post-hardcore. Very much in the vein of bands such as the      |
|          Shortwave Channel and Camera Obscura, the Song of Zarathustra       |
|          weave a sense of urgency and face-first rock into spacy and         |
|          drone-like patterns. From the first organ chords that push into     |
|          thrashy, spitting outbursts on the first non-intro track, "Mess of  |
|          Zero," attention is grabbed at full throttle, setting the highest   |
|          tone for what is to come through the rest of the 12 tracks. While   |
|          not flawless or without weak points, The Birth of Tragedy is an     |
|          undeniably solid and forceful post-hardcore album, yet another in   |
|          the line of amazing releases from Troubleman Unlimited.             |
