░░ Multi award winners Randy Brecker and Bill Evans joined forces in 2003 ░░
░░ to form a new group they billed as THE SOULBOP BAND , a mixture of ░░
░░ soul, bop and contemporary Jazz. ░░

░░ After a highly successful European tour in the Summer of 2003 (23 ░░
░░ concerts in 29 days!), Randy and Bill toured Europe again in July and ░░
░░ August of 2004, fronting and all-star band featuring Hiram Bullock . ░░
░░ This proved to be an even more succesful tour, and led them to record ░░
░░ ôliveö in the US . The results, a double CD, will be published in the ░░
░░ spring of 2005, and a new tour is being prepared for July & August of ░░
░░ this year. The band will include again special guest Hiram Bullock , as ░░
░░ well as Dave Kikoski on keyboards, Victor Bailey on bass and drummer ░░
░░ Rodney Holmes. ░░
