Hard to believe that you only have to
rewind back a couple of years to discover a newly
formed Arcade Fire piecing together their first EP
with no contract or record deal to bolster their
       considerable musical confidence. This self-released
EP was released in 2003 and is now available for the
first time in the UK. The sheer brilliance of the
composition and musical arrangements here is quite
hard to fathom, particularly on the piano-led
magnificence of ôIÆm Sleeping In A Submarineö or, as
a matter of fact, on any of the other 6 tracks
available on this wondrous record. An absolute must
for all followers of this band û highly recommended.
