Release Notes:

Living in an area with as rich a musical past as the Twin Cities
brings inherent problems for those bold few who choose to pursue
their musical passion in the present. It's all too easy for people
to wax nostalgic about the past rather than rhapsodize over what's
happening right here and now. Fortunately, there's an exciting
crop of young talent who are fully aware of what's come before
them, but are more concerned with what comes next. We've tried to
capture as many of them as possible - 23 different artists in all
contributing 23 previously unreleased songs - on this compilation.
From established artists to groups so new that few outside of
their friends and family have heard them yet, the only common
denominator among this varied pack of tunes is their quality
(they're uniformly excellent) and birthplace (the great state of
Minnesota). Enjoy.
