     This video takes a high-level look at what companies are doing
     to create internal quality groups within their development
     organizations focused on better leveraging and managing their
     development staff. It looks at improving enterprise development
     and architecture from an organizational perspective rather than
     a coding viewpoint. This presentation arose from our customers
     asking Wintellect to provide advice and guidance with regard to
     how other companies are creating awesome enterprise development
     shops. Be aware: this presentation is meant for IT executives
     and development managers, and the focus is on those who are
     seeking to create Centers of Excellence within their
     organizations. This is not a developer-oriented talk, although
     developers may benefit from it. It contains no code.
