         █░█    "Div/orce is a seven-inch series devoted to        █░█
         █░█    exploring the similarities between underground     █░█
         █░█    electronica and noise rock through direct          █░█
         █░█    juxtaposition. Condemning lenient comparisons,     █░█
         █░█    the results are seriously in-your-face singles     █░█
         █░█    that force the parallels, blinking, into the       █░█
         █░█    sunlight. The series's third volume offers proof   █░█
         █░█    that drum 'n' bass and droning noise rock are      █░█
         █░█    kissing cousins.                                   █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    Hrvatski's skittish "Une Dr⌠le De JournΘe" is an   █░█
         █░█    organic exploration of cut beats and samples,      █░█
         █░█    which flow in and out of each other until they     █░█
         █░█    finally slam into each other late in the track,    █░█
         █░█    generating a severe nod-inducing riff that owes    █░█
         █░█    more to rock than any number of turntables. Like   █░█
         █░█    other producers, Hrvatski's compositions can't     █░█
         █░█    rightly be termed songs due to the freeness of     █░█
         █░█    their structure, but any attempt to dismiss his    █░█
         █░█    tracks' song-ness is an ignorant rockist conceit.  █░█
         █░█                                                       █░█
         █░█    Sightings' offering is mired in bass-heavy drone,  █░█
         █░█    tuneless chanting and yelling. "Back To Back" is   █░█
         █░█    about as far from songlike as noise rockers get    █░█
         █░█    before crossing the line into Lightning            █░█
         █░█    Bolt-style shock tactics. By incorporating a       █░█
         █░█    repetitive riff over the entire piece, Sightings   █░█
         █░█    free themselves to explore layers of feedback and  █░█
         █░█    noise outside of a traditional song structure.     █░█
         █░█    The resemblance to electronica couldn't be more    █░█
