E-Jekt are Uri Azene, age 37 and Nir Shoshani, age 29, from
Tel Aviv Israel.
Uri is a professional sound designer who has been working in
the top recording studios as a senior
sound engineer for the last 8 years. He started DJing in
1992 and was the resident DJ in the legendary KOBALT club
parties in Jerusalem. Nir has a long and respectful solo
career as a DJ and as a Trance musician under the name
HUJABOY. Nir released solo artist albums with the Israeli
Trance label Hommega and many of his tracks were included in
leading compilations from labels such as Tip World & Spun.
Now, this new and interesting collaboration between Uri and
Nir brings DARK FADER a pure psychedelic album with an
uncompromising, tight production and a unique new sound!
10 new tracks, all of them previously unreleased, including
collaboration with newcomers such as PTX from Bionics
Records, Suntree, and a collaboration with the Trance
veteran Shahaf Schwartzman, a.k.a Power Source.
The album includes various styles û from Full on Morning and
Night Time tunes to Deep Psychadelia. The mastering,
additional mixing and final touches were done by the sound
wizard Avi Algranati û Space Cat to complete high quality of
this project and bring it to its final shape.
New tracks of E-JEKT were recently released û or will soon
be released û on leading trance labels: Phonokol, Tip World,
Solstice Music-Japan, Sirius-Japan, Transient, Alchemy,
Tribal, and Oxygen.
