     though perhaps not as relentlessly stylish as their contemporaries 
     underworld, massive attack are still easily the most influential   
     dance-related act of the 1990s. but on this special,               
     limited-edition boxed set, they've also got style to spare: the box
     itself is gloriously groovy, constructed from a heat-sensitive     
     material that changes colour whenever somebody handles it. and then
     there's the music: 11 cds, comprising 63 tracks that include album 
     versions, b-sides and some of the best remixes around. though the  
     package could have fit on fewer discs--making for fewer trips to   
     the cd player--there's ample reasons to pull the box off the shelf 
     repeatedly: rediscovering classics like the bond theme-ish "sly",  
     the relentlessly funky brixton bass mix of "daydreaming" and the   
     subversive, lustful underdog's angel dust mix of "protection" among
     them.
