▓████▓▌ A little history.... and a little philosophy... ▓▌
▓████▓▌ I am a solo artist performing on piano, guitar and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ voice. My music has been described as peaceful and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ relaxing. It seems to cross over into many genre's. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ Some say new age, soft rock... and it goes on, I ▓▌
▓████▓▌ would suggest you listen and decide for yourself. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ The CD contains instrumental songs with piano, bass ▓▌
▓████▓▌ and percussion, vocal selections as needed and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ guitar finger picking. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ ▓▌
▓████▓▌ I began playing music with piano lessons during 1st ▓▌
▓████▓▌ and 2nd grade while growing up in Denver Colorado. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ I have always felt strongly about original music. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ To remain true to myself I felt I had to write what ▓▌
▓████▓▌ was in my head and heart regardless of whether it ▓▌
▓████▓▌ was mainstream musical style or not. I spent a lot ▓▌
▓████▓▌ of time in the back country of Colorado gaining ▓▌
▓████▓▌ much inspiration from this life style. I believe ▓▌
▓████▓▌ music is a medium that crosses all boundaries of ▓▌
▓████▓▌ humanity. I have tried to incorporate my life ▓▌
▓████▓▌ experiences into the music so maybe others can see ▓▌
▓████▓▌ a little of what I was seeing or feel a little of ▓▌
▓████▓▌ what I was feeling. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ ▓▌
▓████▓▌ During the 80's I played in a couple bands and ▓▌
▓████▓▌ wrote a lot of music but very different from what I ▓▌
▓████▓▌ am writing now. I also learned to play a little ▓▌
▓████▓▌ bass guitar and harmonica during this time. I ▓▌
▓████▓▌ slowed down musically in the late 80's and in 1988 ▓▌
▓████▓▌ I returned to college. I decided that I wanted to ▓▌
▓████▓▌ learn about electronics, I thought I might work for ▓▌
▓████▓▌ Yamaha or Roland someday as an engineer. I also ▓▌
▓████▓▌ wanted to put together a personal studio to write ▓▌
▓████▓▌ and record my music. I graduated with an electrical ▓▌
▓████▓▌ engineering degree from Colorado State University. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ I am now working as a professional engineer while ▓▌
▓████▓▌ writing and recording music. ▓▌
▓████▓▌ I hope you enjoy the fruits of my labor, I ▓▌
